Billing questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. Nothing is charged for 7 days, and we email you first. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
In Coral, open License and choose Manage Billing, or use your receipt link. Pro runs to the end of the paid period, then you’re on Free.
What if Coral isn’t right for me?
Write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
Does Free run out?
No. Free isn’t a trial.
Will I get an AI bill?
Not from us. AI features use your own Claude Code login.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, half off Pro Yearly. Write to hello@usecoral.app from your school email for a code.
Do I need an account?
No. You get a license key. Activate in Coral unlocks it.
What does lifetime mean?
Pro and every update for as long as we offer Coral. Never charged again.
How does the founder price work?
